I have a solution for you, but unfortunately, there's not a confirmed hitch fit for the 2015 Lexus RC 350. I don't recommend using a non-verified hitch on a vehicle because it risks damage to the vehicle's frame and internals if something goes wrong with the hitch.
Instead, I would recommend looking at a trunk mounted rack or a SeaSucker rack.

The Yakima HoldUp part # Y02443 that you referenced is an excellent bike rack. As long as you have a 2 inch hitch installed on your 2017 Lexus RC 350 this would be a really great choice. This rack only touches bikes at the tires so the finish of the bikes is protected well. Also the rack has a higher weight capacity at 60 lbs per bike and is very stable in the hitch on the road and is very easy to load/unload.
